Exploring the Boundaries of Space and Sound with KamranV
KamranV experiments with quadrophonic sound and holograms to craft consumption experiences that challenge the ways audiences understand and engage with art and brands. First taking a technical approach to sound and visual delivery in the 2000s with vehicles like DVDs and early digital music (known then as “new media”), he eventually produced Suzanne Ciani’s LIVE Quadrophonic, the first album of its kind in 30 years.
KamranV is the founder of LA-based CyKiK, an arts agency celebrated for its ability to use technical limitations to arrive to incredible achievements in art. Listen as he describes how his work has pushed the boundaries of specs and generated more daring, inspiring art experiences.
