The Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington, D.C. lands August 22-23, 2026: the first-ever NTT INDYCAR SERIES street race on the National Mall, tied to America’s 250th anniversary. It’s a genuinely big deal for the city.
We’re two and a half miles north in Adams Morgan, where 18th Street keeps its own pace. Walk to independent restaurants, late-night bars, and shops that have nothing to do with the race. You’re close enough to catch the Freedom 250 Grand Prix on August 22-23, but far enough away to actually enjoy dinner without a road closure between you and the table. That’s the neighborhood advantage.
