Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours before 3pm of your arrival date to avoid cancellation charges (with the exception of non-refundable bookings, which are non-cancellable). For changes made after the cancellation period, one night’s room and tax will be charged.
If a nonrefundable reservation is to be cancelled, the deposit paid will not returned. If the reservation is booked directly with the hotel, the balance may be apply to a future stay.

ADA-accessible rooms and suites are also available and are equipped with a roll-in or transfer shower, toilet with grab bars, lower vanity, visual alarm, and notification devices.
