Bringing together an inspiring collective of practitioners, guides and artists, the program offers experiences in movement, meditation, sound, and breath that nurture both personal well-being and collective connection.

About the Class: Vinyasa Yoga
A mindful flow linking breath and movement to build strength, flexibility, and focus. This practice offers an opportunity to reconnect with the body, feel grounded and experience a sense of release.
About the Instructor: Mikayla Campbell
Mikayla is an LA-based fitness professional, sound practitioner, and entrepreneur with 20+ years of athletic experience. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, 200hr-RYT, and Nike Trainer, she has taught and worked alongside big names including Kendrick Lamar and Megan Thee Stallion, and regularly hosts popular wellness events across Los Angeles. A sought-after teacher trainer, she has led multiple at capacity teacher trainings and is deeply committed to inspiring and elevating the next generation of yoga teachers. Mikayla’s communities fill rooms, teaching hundreds of students a week, waitlisted classes daily, 11 sold-out events in 2025, and international retreats with destinations from Bali to Jamaica.
