Golden Hour at Openaire runs Wednesday through Sunday, 4-6PM, and it is exactly the kind of menu that makes it easy to linger. Start with Peruvian Scallop Crudo or Caviar and Chips, move through Crispy Rice Tuna and K-Town Galbi Skewers, and pair it all with a classic cocktail at $12, a draft beer at $8, or take advantage of half-off wines by the glass and bottle.
