Eat & Drink

As in the rest of the hotel, the LINE’s culinary vision is rooted in creative collaboration between rising local and visiting talent. Our goal is to contribute to the dynamic landscape of Austin’s food scene with distinct voices from both within and outside of Texas.

P6 feels like a watercolor sprung to life on a rooftop in Texas with a paintbrush held by designer Sean Knibb. Amid the outdoor lounge’s pink, blue and green hues and lush plantings, local architect Michael Hsu has turned a parking garage into an intimate cocktail and dining experience. At P6 everyone can revel in the Austin tradition of eating and drinking outside all day, every day.
P6’s sixth-story vantage points serve up an eyeful with panoramic views across the lake, the Austin skyline, and down Congress Avenue while mouthfuls come in the form of Mediterranean share plates by Executive Chef Justin Ermini and cocktails shaken (or stirred) by Beverage Director Brian Floyd. Orders like the P6 Martini with French Quinquina and the Spanish Octopus with Saffron Aioli might recall long lunches on the French Riviera, but the local produce, Southern hospitality, and startlingly good weather make this an Austin venue through and through.

Hang the toast shaped menu on your door knob, sit back, relax and enjoy the views.
