As in the rest of the hotel, the LINE’s culinary vision is rooted in creative collaboration between rising local and visiting talent. Our goal is to contribute to the dynamic landscape of Austin’s food scene with distinct voices from both within and outside of Texas.
The hotel is NOW OPEN with Arlo Grey, the debut lakeside restaurant by Top Chef 10 winner Kristen Kish. Kish’s culinary style melds precise training and technique rooted in French and Italian traditions with a nostalgia for dishes from her upbringing, her world travels and her exploration of the bountiful ingredients of Central Texas.
