A Seat at the Screen: Thursday Series at Arlo Grey returns for its second year to celebrate Chef Kristen Kish as the Emmy-nominated host of Top Chef Season 22 at Arlo Grey, her lakeside culinary restaurant at the LINE Austin.
Beginning March 13th and continuing every Thursday through the finale, guests can enjoy a special dining experience in the restaurant’s private dining room while watching that week’s episode. Guests will be welcomed with a craft cocktail featuring Kish Apéritif, Chef Kish’s chef-inspired liqueurs, to begin their evening.
Led by Executive Chef Alejandro Munoz, with Chef Kristen’s creative direction, guests will indulge in a five-course menu crafted with the finest Central Texas ingredients. Set in an intimate and convivial atmosphere, each menu will feature a dish inspired by the week’s challenge to enhance the totality of the experience.
As a delightful bonus, diners will take home a special sweet treat and a signed menu from Chef Kristen Kish herself, making each evening a cherished memory. Tickets are priced at $99 per person, with the option to elevate the experience with additional selections from Arlo Grey’s expertly curated cocktail menu available for separate purchases.
