About the Instructor: Ivorie Jenkins
Practicing since 2013 and teaching since 2018, Harpinder Kaur Mann, RYT-500 (she/her), is a highly skilled trauma-informed yoga teacher, mindfulness educator, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, speaker, and author based in Los Angeles. Rooted in Sikhi and her Panjabi ancestry, she teaches yoga as a spiritual and embodied practice that supports presence, self-awareness, and resilience. She is also the author of Liberating Yoga: From Appropriation to Healing and the host of the Liberating Yoga podcast, which invites folks to reconnect with yoga’s roots and explore the practice as a path toward healing, belonging, and freedom.
