Openaire is participating in Dine LA Summer 2026 with a three-course menu that puts the season front and center. Think Grilled Peach and Burrata, Local Rockfish Bouillabaisse built around the coast, and a Slow Braised Paleron that earns every minute it spent in the kitchen. Finish with a Key Lime Cheesecake or Seasonal Sorbet, add on the wine pairing, and let the rooftop take care of the rest.
