Chanterelles and Truffles at A Rake’s Progress

Executive Chef Opie Crooks of A Rake’s Progress is teaming up with Drew Adams of Bourbon Steak to celebrate the most fleeting of growing seasons: chanterelle mushrooms (grown in Garrett County, Maryland) and West Virginia truffles are here, and right on time.
Join A Rake’s Progress on Wednesday, July 31 for a night dedicated to these ingredients. The $80 five course menu includes Crab and Chanterelles Okonomiyaki, Lobster and Chanterelles Vol-au-Vent, and more (see also: Chanterelle Ice Cream).
