Wander into the playground of your own psyche as sound melts the edges of reality. This somatic meditation is an invitation to roam freely between presence and possibility, returning to the magic of recess and the medicine of the moment.
Grounding Ritual: Wild Card
Grant yourself permission to explore the pleasures of life through a reflective writing practice dedicated to delight. This will serve as a recipe for keeping the heart light, creating your forever wish list, filled with all the ways you welcome in happiness.

Event Timing
Doors open at 4:30 PM. The event will begin promptly at 4:45 PM, and doors will close at that time to preserve the sacred container.
Tickets & Logistics
The event is complimentary for hotel guests, with limited $15 tickets available for the public. Valet parking is included. Yoga mats are provided, but we encourage bringing a blanket, pillow, or layers for added comfort, along with a journal and pen if you’d like to reflect before or after the experience. Kindly note that refunds are not available.
