Eligibility:
This LINE Hotel x Shoe Surgeon Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void outside the United States, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and other United States territories and possessions. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

Sponsorship:
The Sweepstakes sponsor is MCGA Hotels, LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 3515 Wilshire Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90010. Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees, and any entity involved in the development of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.

Promotion Period:
This Sweepstakes begins on December 20th at 6:00am PST and ends December 27th at 6:00pm PST (“Entry Period”).

How to Enter:
During the Entry Period, visit the Sweepstakes registration page located on Sponsor’s website at https://www.thelinehotel.com/10-year-anniversary-giveaway/ and follow the instructions to electronically complete and submit the Sweepstakes entry form. You will be asked to provide basic contact information including your first name, last name, city, state, zip code, and email address. (NOTE: you must complete all required fields of entry form with information that is valid on the date of the drawing to be eligible). You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor and all entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.

Limitations on Entries:
LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER EMAIL ADDRESS. No third party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identifies or uses any device to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified.

Prize:
One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of custom Air Jordan 1 sneakers created by the Shoe Surgeon in collaboration with The LINE Hotel for its 10-year anniversary in a size of winner’s choice with an approximate retail value of $6,000.00. Winner agrees to accept the grand prize “as is” and entrants hereby acknowledge that Sponsor is not in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee relative to the prize. Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state and local taxes.

Drawing and Notification:
A winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period taking place on or around December 27, 2024 at 10:00pm PST at Sponsor’s place of business. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final binding in all respects. If a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with the Sweepstakes rules, such winner will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing. The Winner will be notified via email on or around December 31, 2024. The Winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond in time, an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize will be sent to winner by U.S. mail within 6 months after winner has been notified and accepted the prize. If prize is returned as undeliverable, then prize will be forefeited and another winner will be randomly drawn.

Odds:
The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Sweepstakes.

General Terms:
By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, DAMAGES OR LIABILITY ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE. Any personal information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and data capture for Sponsor use, and will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
