Come as you are\, bring your energy\, and leave feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of the weekend. \nAbout the Class: Yoga Sculpt is a strength and conditioning based yoga class combining dynamic yoga flows with isometric and active strength training movements. Hand weights are available for optional use during class. \nAbout the Instructor: Megan Deitchler is a DC resident of more than 25 years with a PhD in public health and multiple yoga teacher certifications. Her classes are strong\, dynamic\, and built around a supportive environment where every level is welcome. \nLocation: Vela Rooftop at the LINE DC\, weather dependent. \nWhen: Saturdays\, 9-10AM. \nWhat to Bring: Mats are provided for hotel guests. Joining us from the neighborhood? Please bring your own. Weights are available for all participants.
