Executive Chef Opie Crooks of A Rake’s Progress is teaming up with Chef Bobo Catoe of Richmond’s Alewife for the latest installment of the collaborative A Rake’s Progress Supper Series.
Join us on Wednesday, February 19 for a family-style meal celebrating Chesapeake seafood and Virginia slow-cooking. This menu boasts Whole Roasted Fish and Crispy Pig’s Head Bao, Sugartoads, a Chesapeake seafood tower, and much more – all paired with wine selections from the Rake’s cellar chosen by Sommelier Felicia Colbert. This dinner is $120 and includes tax and gratuity.
Named in both GQ and Esquire’s Best New Restaurants in America, Alewife opened in Richmond’s Church Hill Neighborhood in 2018 with a commitment to sustainable seafood and local sourcing.
