In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, all LINE Hotels are closed to the public including hotel rooms and all restaurants and bars.

All current reservations on the books through April 30, 2020 will be automatically cancelled and any prepayments will be automatically refunded. Guests with reservations between now and April 30 will receive an email cancellation notice, there is no need to contact us to cancel during this time. If you have questions, please email them to the hotel’s reservations department but please note that we are currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries and there may be a delay in our response time.

For new reservations for stays beginning May 1, we encourage guests to book online to keep our phone lines free for urgent matters.

Like millions in the hospitality industry, many on our team have been deeply impacted by the closures of our restaurants, bars and in some cases hotels as a result of the current global health pandemic.
